What is the delivery time once I have submitted my order?
With our ‘Same Day Dispatch Guarantee’ (excluding weekends and public bank holidays in the UK) all orders placed before 1.00pm will be dispatched on the day of receipt. Orders placed after 1.00pm are guaranteed to be sent on the next working day. For our express delivery service orders must be placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday to arrive the next working day. For our standard delivery service we advise approximately 2 working days for delivery.
